What You’ll Do

Help your child feel proud of what they create during this global cooking series.

Designed for ages 7-11, this hands-on cooking series in Cincinnati takes young chefs on a five-day journey through global flavors. Guided by Chef Kate or a chef instructor, kids will explore dishes inspired by Mexico, Asia, Italy, France and classic American comfort food. Along the way, they’ll practice knife safety, seasoning and balance, dough shaping and basic heat control while cooking meals like chicken tostadas, soba noodles, fettuccine Alfredo and croque monsieur. This cooking series in Cincinnati helps kids build confidence and curiosity through hands-on cooking every day.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Great class learning to make pasta, a fresh salad with homemade dressing and tiramisu for dessert. We also enjoyed the food we made after class.

I was lucky enough to attend two classes recently, both taught by Kate. First, we went with some friends to a sushi making class. Then last week I went with a different friend to learn to make stuffed pasta. I thoroughly enjoyed both experiences and feel like I learned a lot and will be able to put those things into practice. I've already used one of the recipes I came home with for a winter squash salad that's delicious.
