Give your teen a full week of technique-focused cooking in this cooking series.
Challenge your teen in this interactive cooking series in Southlake (Dallas) built around technique-driven learning. With step-by-step guidance from Chef Michael or a chef instructor, students will practice poaching and sous-vide eggs, balancing spices in Indian dishes, shaping dumplings with crispy skirts and baking and decorating layered cakes. Each day focuses on understanding heat, texture and flavor development. This cooking series in Southlake (Dallas) offers a structured, skill-forward environment for teens ready to level up their cooking.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
