What You’ll Do

Enroll your teen in a cooking series designed for exploring world cuisines.

Designed for ages 12 and up, this hands-on cooking series in Carmel (Indianapolis) takes teens on a five-day culinary journey around the world. Guided by Chef Randy or a professional chef instructor, students will explore global cuisines while practicing advanced techniques like braising, marinating, pan-frying, sauce building and dough shaping. From Filipino adobo and Italian pasta to Mexican tacos and Mediterranean favorites, this cooking series in Carmel (Indianapolis) helps teens build confidence with bold flavors and real kitchen skills.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
