Plan a five-day international cooking week for your teen in this hands-on cooking series.
Explore international cuisine in this fun cooking series in Glendale (Milwaukee) for teens ready to level up their cooking skills. Over five days, students will cook recipes like birria tacos, handmade tortellini, fish and chips and chicken souvlaki while learning how different cultures approach flavor and technique. Guided by Chef Kim or a resident chef, each session builds toward a final-day challenge that brings everything together. This cooking series in Glendale (Milwaukee) is a great way for teens to expand their palate and cook with confidence.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Kim, a skilled culinary professional and passionate bread baker, brings both expertise and warmth to her kitchen. With training from pastry school and the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Wisconsin, Chef Kim has honed her craft across culinary disciplines. A former judge for the prestigious James Beard Media and Book Awards, she blends technical skill with an artistic approach to baking. Her classes invite guests to explore the beauty of baking, guided by her expertise and dedication to the art of bread-making.
