What You’ll Do

Enroll your kid in a five-day cooking series inspired by global flavors.

Designed for ages 7-11, this hands-on cooking series in Ann Arbor takes young chefs on a five-day journey through global flavors. Guided by Chef Daniel or a chef instructor, kids will explore dishes inspired by Mexico, Asia, Italy, France and classic American comfort food. Along the way, they’ll practice knife safety, seasoning and balance, dough shaping and basic heat control while cooking meals like chicken tostadas, soba noodles, fettuccine Alfredo and croque monsieur. This cooking series in Ann Arbor helps kids build confidence and curiosity through hands-on cooking every day.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Steak, Gnocchi with squash, salad and vanilla dessert. Learning how to make gnocchi. My chef was very informative with how's and why's with patience and humor.

There was 12 people at the class and it was disorganized. There should of been more direction when making the food. Chef Matt was nice and the food was good. My favorite part was making the pasta.
