What You’ll Do

Sign your kid up for a five-day cooking routine in this guided experience.

Build real kitchen skills over five days in this hands-on cooking series in Boca Raton designed for kids ages 7-11. Throughout the week, young chefs will chop, mix, knead and bake while learning core cooking and baking techniques, food prep basics and kitchen safety. Guided by Chef Monique or a resident chef, students will explore Asian favorites, homemade pretzels, Latin American classics, pasta dishes and chocolate desserts. This cooking class in Boca Raton gives kids the confidence and creativity to cook independently while having fun every day.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The class was a lot of fun and easy going. I do wish the Chef had demonstrated what to do a little more from her station at the front of the kitchen. Instead she often opted to demonstrate at one of the student tables, and it was pretty hard to see what she was demonstrating. That being said, I would fully recommend this class to anyone no matter your cooking experience. So much fun!

chef ron was very good. his 25 years of culinary experience made him totally qualified to instruct us. i learned a lot, enjoyed the session and the food came out great too. i also shopped in the store and got a 10% discount on the items.

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

To begin with there wasn’t any chef Monique there. Very disappoint, It was 3 people with one dough at the table, when my husband and l had paid for 2 classes or what ever they call it ( experience)but there was another person at our table that we had to included, so the experience wasn’t really any experience l would recommend to anyone or l would go back. They also don’t let you that the class or experience is at Sur La Table store. The person who was leading the class/ experience tried her best. I don’t recommend this place.

Donuts were small but good. One chef was prepping for another class during our class which was a little distracting. A lot of the prep work was done which is understandable but a little upsetting.
