Experience a hibachi-style night with Japanese inspiration in this fun cooking class.

Cook a balanced hibachi-style menu in this interactive cooking class in Woodmere (Cleveland). With guidance from Chef Michael or a resident chef, you’ll pan-cook teriyaki chicken, fold and cook gyoza, mix a bright ginger-orange dressing and prepare a silky ginger crème brûlée. Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
