Celebrate the bounty of the season in this Italian-inspired cooking class in Boulder. You’ll start with a roasted autumn squash salad layered with arugula and Gorgonzola, then prepare classic chicken cacciatore with hearty Parmesan polenta. To finish, Chef Ashley or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you in making maple budino topped with whipped cream for a cozy fall dessert. This cooking class in Boulder is the perfect way to embrace autumn flavors while learning approachable Italian recipes. Bring a date, a friend or come solo for a night of hands-on fun and delicious food.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
