Gather round with your teammates and take a closer look at a traditional roast dinner. Under the guidance of Chef Joni, your team will master elementary cooking techniques and apply them to complete a lavish feast. Stuff Cornish game hens with wild rice, complete a roasted squash salad and mash potatoes alongside your colleagues. Guests will also partake in the preparation and baking a hybrid of the traditional dessert—apple pie and cake combination.

Trained in therapeutic cooking and holistic nutrition, Chef Joni will guide your team in perfecting the skills needed to cook to impress along with the ability to re-create these courses at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joni’s focus is on building flavors. Mostly a self-taught cook, she is also a graduate from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, and has learned from locals in Marrakesh, several regions of Italy, and in the Bay Area. With Chef Joni, you will learn how to think like a chef and understand cooking principles. She strives to use local products, organic produce, wild-caught fish, and grass-fed and pasture-raised meats.
