This class will break down the classic components of a vegetarian holiday meal. Start with dainty blinis and lentil caviar, move on to a velvety squash bisque, continue with an impressive nut roast Wellington, and close with caramel apple pies. Your team will be broken into smaller group to focus on each individual course and at the end will all sit down together to enjoy the meal.
