Discover the subtle flavors of the cuisine from Lombardy.

Break into groups each creating one course from this elegant menu. Chef Daniel combines his passion for Italy with his roots from Argentina and lifestyle from Los Angeles to make cooking accessible to everyone. Chef Daniel will aim to instruct the class on the fundamentals of cooking to build confidence and encourage exploration in the kitchen.

Take a break from tomato sauces and gooey cheeses and explore the refined cooking of Lombardy. Inspired by the fresh produce and game of the region, Chef Daniel will explain the elements of Northern Italian cooking from antipasti to dessert. Start with some crostini, move on to tortellini, turkey and finish with a delicate crostata.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
