Master no fewer than four gluten-free rolls in this immersive sushi making session.

If you want to offer a gluten-free taste of Japan to your gluten-free guests, this cooking class is your chance to learn how. In it, a renowned chef will show you how to master the traditional techniques required to recreate your favorite sushi at home.

You’ll roll no fewer than four unique recipes, including a classic kappa maki cucumber roll and a teka maki tuna roll — both with the perfect rice base and seaweed. You’ll also whip up a rainbow roll with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, crab stick, avocado and cucumber, plus a shrimp tempura roll with avocado, cucumber, seaweed, sushi sauce and spicy mayo. Chef Ricky was awesome! It was so fun learning the history behind sushi and how to make so manh different types of rolls, would definitely do this again :)

We made sushi! It was all delicious with incredible quality fish and ingredients. My 6 year old has been wanting to make sushi and had such a great time learning about Japan and sushi and history of ingredients etc. I would recommend Chef Ricky to anyone! My husband and daughter previously made Italian dishes with him and they also had an amazing time.
