Cooking Class - Kitchen Essentials for Culinary Kids

What You’ll Do

Budding young chefs will love sharpening their skills in this globally-inspired summer series.

This exciting five-day cooking class series is the launchpad curious culinary kids need to embark on a lifetime of foodie adventures. With help from a renowned chef, they’ll explore world cuisines like sushi, fresh pasta and fried rice. More than that, they’ll gain confidence with kitchen safety, cooking techniques and ingredient preparation. At the end of the week, they’ll leave armed with a certificate, a printed menu and the knowledge they need to pursue their foodie interests in their home kitchen.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Brennan holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
