What You’ll Do

Kids who like baking are sure to absolutely love this dedicated five-day summer series.

Aspiring young bakers will love this hands-on, five-day summer cooking class series. With help from a renowned chef, they’ll whip up cheesy bread, bake cookies and decorate cupcakes with personality and flair. What’s more, they’ll learn the science behind the perfect dough — essential knowledge for any budding baker. At the end of the week, they’ll leave with a certificate of their achievements, a printed menu and the knowledge they need to embark on a lifetime of baking adventures — through childhood and beyond.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Brennan holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
