Couples Cooking Class - Healthy "Street" Food for 2

Bring a date and learn how to make healthy variations of your favorite street food.

Make date night extra special with a class from Chef Jillian! She has years of culinary experience and has mastered the art of putting a healthful spin on some of the most irresistible classic dishes.

Your first dish of the evening will be a spin on poutine, made with root vegetables and smothered in homemade gravy, wild mushrooms, and sinful cheese curds. Next up, you will learn how to make burger sliders out of quinoa and top them with bibb lettuce, creamy avocado, and chipotle aioli. Finally, you’ll end the evening with a refreshing slushie made with fresh watermelon and the herbaceous flavor of basil.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
