What You’ll Do

This kids-only class will teach young chefs how to make their own delicious empanadas!

Bring your aspiring culinary master out for an evening of cooking, learning, and of course, eating! Chef Jillian has years of professional cooking experience as well as roots in Argentina, making her an expert in the creation of this staple of South American cooking.

Kids will be able to choose two of the four filling options to enjoy. First up will be a traditional Argentine beef and green olive empanada. The second option of the evening will be a vegetarian empanada stuffed with curry sweet potato, pinto beans, corn, and finished with a cilantro lime aioli. Next up will be a spicy peach pork empanada with pickles. The last empanada option will be stuffed with harissa chicken and green pimento olives. Each option will be paired with saffron rice and Spanish pickles to enjoy.

Kids need to be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.
