One of the perks of living in Seattle is access to a variety of dishes both local and international. Now you can make the most the summer season with a gourmet menu that highlights a distinct array of delicious cuisine with a French twist. Chef Bruce expertly guides you through each stage of the preparation process so you can create meals for special occasions to share with friends and family.
Your experience begins with a succulent feral apricot and shiso soup, followed by savory tea- smoked albacore tuna. Continue by preparing a tender and juicy brined pork tenderloin. Conclude the class with a luscious sorbet made of blueberry, red currant, lavender, and mint.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. This is a lecture demonstration class. Everything is made from 'scratch' from the raw ingredients to the finished dishes in real time. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Bruce is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 40% of the per person rate.
