Discover new techniques and international recipes you can recreate in your home kitchen.

If you've ever dreamed of creating authentic French recipes, this cooking class is an excellent place to start. Under the guidance of an esteemed chef, you'll learn traditional techniques for roasting chicken in cognac sauce. Simmer a hearty French onion soup and toss beans in a lemon vinaigrette. Dessert is an authentic vanilla crème brûlée.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The chef was great and the meal was delicious. I was told we'd receive the recipe in our emails though and I still haven't seen it.

The food was terrific but the class was not very interactive. We stood around watching the chef cut and mix ingredients. Definitely wanted a more hands on experience. Additionally, the chef said he would email the recipes and we have yet to receive them 4 days later.
