Learn Chef Meenu’s unique recipes for melding French and Indian flavors into a single delicious meal. Chef Meenu is a master of Indian cooking and loves to explore cuisines.
Your entree for the evening is a selection of freshly prepared French crepes stuffed with your choice of classic chicken masala or a mixture of red potatoes, caramelized onions, mango powder and bay leaves. As a side, enjoy both a spiced stew of chana dal-garbanzo beans and a salad made with fresh beetroot, grape tomatoes, Indian white radish and ginger powder. End the meal with a refreshing dessert of Indian ice cream, prepared with fresh mangoes and fragrant saffron threads.
