Learn to make authentic Italian cuisine in this exciting class.

Discover the famous flavors of Italy in this hands-on cooking class. Master new skills in the kitchen while learning from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment. To start, prepare a fresh arugula salad with lemon-parmesan dressing. Next, make chicken Milanese with a side of gnocchi with tomato-basil cream sauce. End class with an indulgent dark chocolate espresso budino for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
