Her traditional Italian menu starts with antipasti — a typical spread of cured meats and vegetables. Learn tips and techniques as you and your colleagues make homemade fettuccine Alfredo from scratch, then create a rich mushroom sausage ragu. Your pasta dish is paired with bright, lemony green beans. The meal ends on a sweet note with a tiramisu recipe straight from Italy.

Mostly a self-taught cook, she is also a graduate from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, and has learned from locals in Marrakesh, several regions of Italy, and in the Bay Area. With Chef Joni, you will learn how to think like a chef and understand cooking principles. She strives to use local products, organic produce, wild-caught fish, and grass-fed and pasture-raised meats.
