Her traditional Italian menu starts with antipasti — a typical spread of cured meats and vegetables. Learn tips and techniques as you and your colleagues make homemade fettuccine Alfredo from scratch, then create a rich mushroom sausage ragu. Your pasta dish is paired with bright, lemony green beans. The meal ends on a sweet note with a tiramisu recipe straight from Italy.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
