A recipe for confidence and creativity, this cooking class is designed for young chefs ages 7-11. Each engaging session offers hands-on baking adventures, from mixing batter and kneading bread dough to decorating cookies with flair. Children will master essential techniques, learn basic food prep skills, and practice kitchen safety in a fun, supportive environment. Every participant leaves with a printed menu, a graduation certificate, and the tools to shine in the kitchen. A delightful way to inspire budding culinary talents!

With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

Jess was a great baker/teacher today. We were only 2 students, which made instruction very personal, we could ask all the questions we had as we went along. I enjoyed this experience so much that I signed up for a the Classic Croissant class in two months. Thank you so much, Jess, for sharing your expertise.

We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. We look forward to taking another class soon!
