Cooking Class - Simple Showstopper Of A Feast
Keep it simple with a feast that is deceptively easy to create
Simplicity is key with this practical cooking class. Who says your culinary repertoire has to be complex? An easy menu can be delicious too! Prepare a chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, alongside brown butter mashed potatoes. Add some zing to green beans with zesty lemon and salty capers. Then an expert chef will show you how to bake a chocolate chunk bread pudding with espresso creme anglaise for afters.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Terrible class with no recipes or notes we could take. Pizza was terrible and chef said she has never made pizza at home

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with a recent Bachelor’s in Food and Nutrition Entrepreneurship, Chef D.C. Bland combines classic training with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Known for his commitment to quality and creativity, he brings warmth and skill to every dish. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys sailing, playing bass guitar at his church and golfing.
