Team Building - French Crêpes
This crêpe-making class is a sweet take on a team building activity that your co-workers will adore. Classically trained in France, Chef Anja is a skilled and inspiring chef eager to teach your team how to make a variety of crêpes.
The menu for this class will have your team working together to create savory items like classic ham and cheese crêpes topped with a runny egg, and crêpes filled with smoked salmon and goat cheese. For the sweet portion of the class, create a fiery Grand Marnier crêpe and finish with the decadent and classic Nutella, dark chocolate, strawberries and bananas.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
