Cooking Class - An Intriguing Taste of Persia

What You’ll Do

Learn to make Middle Eastern cuisine while having fun in the kitchen.

Explore the vast flavors of the Middle East in a Persian cooking class. Learn to make restaurant-quality cuisine from a top-notch professional chef in an engaging environment. Master new skills in the kitchen while cooking through a multi-course menu starting with a chopped cucumber and tomato salad with mint. Next, prepare grilled saffron chicken kabobs with crispy Persian rice for the main course. End class with a sweet treat of cream puffs with pistachio cream for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The resident chef was kind and caring. It would have been nice to start with an overview of how the evening was going to proceed. We weren't sure of the steps and cooking tips would have been helpful. We had a good time and the food was delicious.
