Make the much-loved flavors of all your favorite Italian dishes
Immerse yourself into the rich flavors of Italian cooking with this enlightening class that showcases much more than just pasta. A skilled chef will guide you through making a deeply flavorful main course, fresh pici pasta and a vibrant red sauce from scratch. We'll wrap up by baking a luscious honey ricotta cheesecake using a cherished Sicilian cheese for a delectable dessert.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Continued throughout saying she didn't understand the recipe. So why were we doin it?

Ashley was not the chef. We enjoyed the class, but felt it was a bit rushed, and the last half hour we were told to take a break for 10 minutes and they were prepping for the next class. Based on what we paid, the chef was not as prepared as I would have hoped. It was just okay.....
