If you’re tired of traditional Thanksgiving recipes, check out this hands-on cooking class. Instead of a turkey, try a Turchetta — an Italian-style porchetta turkey breast rolled, roasted and stuffed with prosciutto and stuffing. Plus, you'll make sides like roast green beans and sweet potatoes to complement your new creation.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Candy, born and raised in Hong Kong, brings a rich background in Asian culinary arts to her classes. She began her professional journey after completing her culinary diploma in Los Angeles. With experience owning a catering business and years of private teaching, Chef Candy also specializes in pastry arts, particularly cake design and decoration. As a cake designer for over 15 years, she combines expertise and creativity, offering guests an inspiring and skillful culinary experience.
