If gnocchi is one of your favorite pastas, you might want to consider learning how to make it well with the help of a master chef. Chef Rocco has worked at Gordon Ramsay's Michelin-starred restaurant along with five-star resorts in Switzerland and Italy and will teach you the tricks of the trade.
You'll start with peppers gratin, move on to gnocchi in white-wine cream sauce and then finish with a sweet and savory chili chocolate mousse. This meal will make just about every Italian mother proud.

Chef Rocco's class was so much fun! He is extremely knowledgeable in Italian cuisine and culture. I had such a blast getting to know him and his experience in the food industry. Chef Rocco is extremely passionate about food and it truly shows in his teaching style and food. I look forward to our next class!

Chef Rocco was well prepared, very knowledgeable from his vast experiences and a super great teacher! The food we made was very tasty yet only basic ingredients were needed to make them. We're super grateful to Chef Rocco for inviting us into his home and sharing his passion with us.

From luxury hotels to glamorous restaurants, Chef Rocco has worked at Gordon Ramsay's 3-Michelin Starred restaurant and 5 starred hotels in Italy and Switzerland. With over 9 years of teaching experience, he has taught classes in Australia, Italy, and the United States. He is currently in the process of writing 3 cookbooks.
