Explore the diverse world of Italian cuisine in this cooking class that goes well beyond beyond pasta. Learn to make intensely flavorful olive braised pork chops as the main dish, while also mastering the art of fresh pici pasta paired with a homemade red sauce. End on a sweet note by baking a honey ricotta cheesecake, using Sicily’s beloved cheese. It is the perfect addition to your recipe box.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

What a fun experience. Got to learn new dishes and techniques with a fun group of people and a great instructor and support staff. Would highly recommend.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
