Ah, Cream Puffs & Éclairs. Two of the most delightful desserts in the world of pastry. Chef Vanessa will teach you to whip up Choux Pastry like a pro and create a Pastry Cream filling with a flavor of your choice. Choose from classic vanilla cream puffs and decadent chocolate éclairs, or get a little more adventurous with vanilla orange cream filling or even throw in a splash of liqueur for a flavor profile of your choice.

Chef Vanessa's class was so much fun! Her chocolate hazelnut gelato is so delicious, and the perfect ending to any good meal. Chef Vanessa was very kind and patient, answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. Her personality is very welcoming and bright. I look forward to taking another dessert and baking class with Chef Vanessa!

I believe there is something very special about cooking & baking from scratch, using one’s own hands and wholesome ingredients. I attended culinary school in Sonoma County and earned degrees in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management as well as Baking & Pastry. I’ve worked with several catering companies, local restaurants and a gluten-free bakery.
