Cooking Class - The Decadence of Chocolate

Discover how to craft delicious chocolatey desserts.

Embrace your inner chocolatier in this hands-on cooking class. A chef instructor will teach you the recipe to make ganache infused with espresso and amaretto to make homemade truffles. Master the technique for making smooth dark chocolate to dip caramels and learn the secret to making a perfectly airy chocolate soufflé.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael emigrated to the U.S. from Romania with his family at the age of seven. He followed his family's culinary interests and found joy in the kitchen, with his grandmother and his parents leading the way. After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. His resume grew to include event catering as well as teaching cooking classes, for which Chef Michael holds an abiding passion.
