Perfect your grilling technique before the cooler months set in.

Seize the last moments of the grilling season with this immersive cooking class. Learn to coax maximum flavor from pork chops on the grill, create a bold hatch chile and bacon chutney, and the perfect mashed sweet potatoes. The grand finale features a hands-on Bananas Foster flambé, adding excitement to your culinary repertoire.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fantastic and fun class! My only issue was that we got split into teams of 3. My husband and I were looking forward to having this be our own thing (team) as we were on a date.
