Navigate food prep using Wusthof knives.
In this practical cooking class, you'll navigate bringing to life a selection of Asian dishes while honing your knife skills using professional Wüsthof knives. With your chef guide, you'll work on dicing, slicing and chopping with precision as you prepare a variety of flavorful dishes. With expert guidance, you'll master these essential techniques and create a delicious, authentic and well-deserved Asian feast.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had a different Chef. Vietnamese guy and he was great! Great things about this experience: 1- Learned new cooking techniques 2- Chef was super attentive and answered all questions asked 3- smooth process Things I would've liked instead: 1- I would've preferred being in a group of two instead of four to get more hands on experience. 2- correct ingredients.

The resident chef was informative, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and fun!! My complaints are that it was very expensive and the food was cold when we ate it. The food was fun to make and we learned a lot.

Fun class! Wished we could have brought wine or had some soft music playing in the background but it was a fun class!
