What You'll Do

Craft a delicious Italian-inspired meal that feels light and fresh enough for sunny days.

Enjoy an Italian summer wherever you are with this immersive cooking class. Knead together chewy pasta dough and slice into rustic tagliatelle before tossing with spicy sausage, roasted garlic and a bright tomato sauce made from scratch. Throw together a light salad with salty prosciutto and seasonal greens, then roast figs to caramelization to serve with ricotta and a drizzle of honey.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We took a French cooking class with baked chicken, potatoes, steamed artichoke, and lemon crepes. I've been wanting to learn how to make crepes for a while. We had a great time and Chef Andy was very knowledgeable.
