Cooking Class - Pad Thai and Beyond
Learn to make the classic dish, pad Thai and sides to go with it.
Celebrate summer by learning about Thai food, one of the most exciting cuisines to explore. You'll start by grilling shrimp to serve with a cucumber and peanut salad. From there, it's time to take everybody's favorite dish — pad thai. Learn the secrets to creating aromatic Thai dishes and then indulge your sweet tooth with a tropical dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I attended this class with my 10 year old stepdaughter. We had a blast! There are times we would have enjoyed doing more, like making the broth or pickled mushrooms, however I understand the time constraints. Chef Michael was very clear and relatable and we would definitely come again!

Meet your chef
Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
