Learn how to prepare perfect French cuisine

Add brasserie classics to your recipe repertoire in this French-inspired cooking class. Get ready for a hands-on experience as the expert chef will show you how to cook the perfect steak and whip up an unforgettable truffle-infused aioli with fries on the side. You’ll also poach a perfect egg for a frisée salad and end with Crêpes Suzette.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Wonderful experience! Molly was informative, knowledgeable and very approachable. As a better than average cook I can say that I learned a trick or two! It was a fun and enjoyable few hours.

It was not Chef Michael, but she was great! Seemed a tad rushed, maybe due to the large size of the class. She was friendly, and informative, and the food was delicious.

Hi! The chef was nice. She seemed VERY nervous. The dough was premade for the yeast donuts. A bummer. We cooked on kind of a camping burner. Really hard to keep grease at the right temp. Everyone’s donuts were raw inside (tester), then burnt on the outside to get them done. Started with what felt like a 20 min delay (speech) waiting for another group that didn’t show. Finished 30 min late. Felt rushed. Sad. Wanted this to be so yummy and educational.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!
