Unleash your inner pastry chef and explore your creativity with delicious macarons.
Indulge in an afternoon of fanciful French treats in this dynamic macaron-making cooking class. You'll learn the proper method of whipping up your fluffy batter and perfecting your technique for piping said batter into circles to ensure that you achieve the perfect 'foot'. Then, you'll prepare two types of buttercream filling: blueberry cheesecake and vanilla birthday cake. It promises to be a memorable macaron experience.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
