This cooking class offers a rare opportunity to master the art of creating elegant macarons. In just three hours, you'll dive into the techniques to make two delectable flavors: peach and champagne, and chocolate crème brûlée. Uncover the secrets to building the ideal batter, merenguing eggs and coloring your macarons for a delicious and visually stunning result.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It wasn’t one of the best food workshops I have attended. Working in groups of 4 on only one station is not appealing especially when you team random people. The food quantity was definitely not enough for 4 people and once we made the food we were told to put it aside and not eat because we were rushed onto the next dish. Finally, I did not feel the chef was accommodating or even trying to be. We asked to split our sauce into half with bacon and half without which would have been super easy to do simply bringing another pan which he claimed to not have while clearly behind us there was a wall full of pots and pans. Nice idea. Not as great of an execution. We won’t be back.
