Improve your teenager's culinary abilities with this cooking series designed for children 12 and above! This five-day experience features a worldwide menu. Starting with kitchen safety and food prep skills and moving into advanced cooking and baking techniques. This hands-on adventure is a part of our summer cooking series and is designed to boost confidence in the kitchen. On the last day of the course enjoy a mystery cooking challenge! Each participant will receive a printed menu, a graduation certificate, and skills that will stay with them forever.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Class was fun and shorter than anticipated. Wished for an in-depth step by step instructions and felt it was fast paced and not beginner friendly. Received guidance later in the class and was disappointed not being able to make the hazelnut gelato. Neither the classroom video camera nor mirror were used in the instructing. Saw many groups were struggling.
