Three days of creating wonderful dishes from scratch and unlocking their inner chefs.

Allow your budding chefs to experience 3-days of culinary fun in this dynamic cooking series. Geared toward 12-17-year-olds, these summer cooking classes will introduce them to an array of intricate cuisines. Each day presents new food challenges that they will enjoy conquering with the help of a seasoned chef. From honing essential techniques to navigating food preparation, students will thoroughly enjoy culinary exploration. As an added bonus, every student gets a printed menu they can keep and a graduation certificate.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Day 1: Hawaiian Luau

Chicken Katsu-Steamed Rice
Pacific Islands-Style Slaw
Hawaiian Poke Cake with Whipped Cream and Fruit

Day 2: Filled Pasta Fun

Filled Pastas: Carmelle and Tortellini with Pesto Sauce
Hand Cut or Shaped: Picci and Busiate with Tomato Sauce
Chocolate Swirl Gelato

Day 3: Exploring Latin America

Pupusas Stuffed with Chicken Tinga or Black Bean, Corn and Cheese Fillings
Salsa
Baked Tortilla Chips
Mini Tres Leches Cakes

Had a good time, pasta and salad were delicious. Only suggestion will be to have some chairs we we can sit and eat instead of standing and eat.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.
