What You’ll Do

Five days of culinary fun introduces future foodies to international flavors

This hands-on cooking series designed for ages 7-11 invites aspiring chefs to explore flavors from around the globe as they sharpen essential kitchen skills and practice safe cooking habits. Guided by a chef instructor, kids work with their classmates each day to create exciting international dishes. They will discover global flavors and techniques while preparing steamed pork buns, handmade pasta dough, crispy schnitzel and more. Summer cooking classes improve confidence and inspire creativity in the kitchen, providing young cooks with skills they can build upon for years to come.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Chef Brennan holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and trained at the renowned Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
