Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Kids: Artisan Baking
Your kids will have five days of baking adventures guided by an expert chef.
Crafted for kids between 7-11, this cooking series is perfect for those little chefs looking to expand their culinary creativity. During the five days of the summer cooking classes, they'll learn the basic techniques to bake delicious treats. From savory to sweet flavors, kids will bake crepes, dough, cakes, and more. An expert chef will teach them baking techniques, as well as safety practices, so they can have fun while taking the necessary precautions. After these unique experiences, they'll take home a graduation certificate to show off their newfound skills.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

The class was definitely fun! It was a little different than I anticipated - for example there were four people to a station so my boyfriend and I shared everything with another couple - this was totally fine but just different! I was a little disappointed that the dough took too long to make so it was already pre-made. The class itself was closer to 2 hours and was not as hands on as I hoped. But still good experience and it was a beginner class so it makes sense!
