Teens 5 Day Summer Series World Bakes (1)

A fun, 5-day journey turning teens into confident, knowledgeable bakers with hands-on kitchen experiences.

Give the gift of culinary skills to your teen with five days of baking fun in an immersive cooking series. Designed for ages 12 and older, these baking summer cooking classes were created to help teens earn skills and confidence while baking sweet treats. Guided by a top chef, they’ll explore global bakes we all know and love today. Budding bakers will learn essential skills and techniques to take their bakes from good to great. Next, they'll be the go-to baker in the family!

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

I attended this class with my 10 year old stepdaughter. We had a blast! There are times we would have enjoyed doing more, like making the broth or pickled mushrooms, however I understand the time constraints. Chef Michael was very clear and relatable and we would definitely come again!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!
