Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Kids: Get Baking

What You'll Do

Introduce your kid to the joy of baking in this interactive summer series.

In this fun and interactive 5-day cooking series, your child will learn baking basics while gaining the confidence to show off their newfound skills. Designed for ages 7-11, these summer cooking classes will lead your beginner bakers through foundational skills like cake baking and decorating, dough kneading, crepe flipping and so much more. It's a chance to have fun in a relaxed social setting while creating something delicious. Plus, at the end of the class, they’ll earn a special printed menu and personalized graduation certificate to show off at home!

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Cameron was our chef. We had steak with a red wine shallot reduction, twice baked potatoes, arugula pear salad with chocolate mousse for dessert. It was fun as well as delicious. My husband, who is not a cook would definitely do another class. I have decades of cooking experience and still learned a few things. All around is was a great experience.

We cooked a Parisian salmon dinner with roasted potatoes and Crepe Suzettes. Plus a delicious berry drink.
