Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Adventurous Flavors

What You’ll Do

Watch your teen gain confidence in themselves and their cooking abilities with this immersive series.

Encourage your teen to step out of their comfort zone with these summer cooking classes where they'll explore ingredients and methods from around the globe. Working under a chef instructor, they will work with big, bold flavors to create well-balanced dishes showcasing a variety of cooking and baking techniques. Starting with food safety basics and covering knife skills and masterful techniques for the grill, oven and griddle, they will emerge a confident young chef, armed with a handful of tantalizing recipes and the confidence to create anything.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

We went for a girls night out and a birthday. We had a lot of fun. Food was great. Highly recommend. Will go back for date night with my husband. You can bring your own wine or beer too. We enjoyed a bottle of wine

She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to follow the directions. It turned out awesome and it was delicious! I can't wait to make it again. Looking forward to another cooking class!

Randy was great! I just wish the class included cooking a meal along with cutting instructions. This was not worth $80
