Cooking Class - Crafting Fresh Pasta Varieties
Create your own fresh pasta in a variety of ways with unique sauces and flavors.
Step away from store-bought noodles and immerse yourself into the world of pasta creation with this hands-on cooking class. You'll begin by mixing, rolling, shaping and cooking a variety of pastas that you've created from scratch. Each pasta variety will be paired with a complementary sauce and enhanced extras like various meats, vegetables, and herbs for a truly flavorful dish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Ashley was not the chef. We enjoyed the class, but felt it was a bit rushed, and the last half hour we were told to take a break for 10 minutes and they were prepping for the next class. Based on what we paid, the chef was not as prepared as I would have hoped. It was just okay.....

The food was amazing, and it was fun! The chef/instructors seemed to be enjoying themselves! I struggle with verbal instructions, so it would have been helpful to have a printout of the recipe and instructions at each workstation.
