Cooking Class - Japanese Steakhouse Selections

Create your own steakhouse menu filled with gourmet Japanese touches.

Adventure awaits you in this interactive cooking class, where the traditions of Japanese steakhouse dining become new favorites in your home dining regimen. With help from your esteemed instructor, you'll learn step-by-step methods for making a sumptuous spread filled with exciting flavor.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

“Baking Fun For The Whole Family” was so much fun with Chef Sofia! Good beginner hands on experience, not too advanced but just right!

Thought it would be more hands on. Most items were pre cut and peeled, mostly we just added the items and mixed them. Class only lasted about 1 hr. 45 min.

Over the years, he transitioned into diverse culinary styles, with a focus on French techniques. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
