Surprise your loved ones with this traditional French treat for Christmas
Learn how to make a traditional Christmas centerpiece, a bûche de noël cake, to impress your friends and family this festive season. You will be taught how to make a fluffy sponge and layer it up with a coffee-chocolate Italian buttercream. Here comes the tricky part, you will learn the secrets of rolling a roulade. Don’t worry you will be guided all the way!
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
