Cooking Class - Handmade Holiday Tamales Cooking Class

Make your own holiday tamales this year.

The holidays are a time for family, fun and tamales. Join in the age-old festive tradition of making tamales for the holiday season. Learn how to make your own authentic tamales from scratch in this hands-on class taught by a top-notch chef. Discover how to correctly roll out masa and choose from spicy pork filling or cheesy vegetarian filling. End the night with a warm cup of Mexican hot chocolate and ring in the holidays with cheer.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

My wife and I cooked with Chef Robert and his staff. My wife was so excited and we both really enjoyed making out meals and even added a few changes to what we buy for groceries when we found out how easy and wonderful making the pesto and vinaigrette were compared to what we used to use. We are both looking forward to taking another class.
