Cooking Class - Thai Gastronomic Delights

What You’ll Do

Unveil the soul of Thai cuisine, exploring its timeless kitchen secrets and signature flavors.

In this cooking class, you’ll explore Thai cuisine with its five main pillars: sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy. A professional chef will teach you how to prepare Thai’s iconic dishes, from traditional pad Thai to fresh crab spring rolls. You’ll also explore traditional desserts, learning to make a decadent custard with coconut and caramel.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef


Chef Michael arrived in the culinary world as an all-around creative looking for his next challenge. His career in environmental and graphic design included work with Toyota and Amazon before his fascination with cuisine led him to Le Cordon Bleu for a blue ribbon program of study. He honed his talents further as assistant pastry chef at Le Marais. Now, Chef Michael applies his creativity to teaching others the art of cuisine.
